Nick is head of Roasting and Quality Control. Involved in pretty much every aspect of the coffee lifecycle. This includes all Green bean purchasing, coffee roasting, coffees offerings and quality across all our venues and departments. He’s another of the OG crew at The Grounds, here since conception where he was the Head Barista and then began his roasting journey.

He’s been in the coffee game since he was 15 and is as about as passionate as anyone gets about coffee. Be prepared for him to unleash a library of information if you dare whisper the word ‘coffee’ in his vicinity.
